“I bought the treadmill a few weeks back and so far I have no complaints. The shipping experience was good and the driver helped me get it inside my garage door. It’s really difficult for one person to move it, you will need at least 2 people for moving around! I found it fairly easy to put together with simple enough instructions. The maintenance is a little confusing as the instructions don’t clearly show how and where to lubricate with the lubricant provided.I did have to ring up customer services because certain parts seemed to be missing. I could not get through the first time, but managed to about half hour later. The parts were shipped within 2 days which was good. The Bowflex series 7 treadmill works well as an exercise machine for the home. Oh before I forget, the screen at the bottom of the console tells you to enter weight, time etc but only shows a couple of letters at a time. It is a little annoying at first, but it’s quite minor if you ask me. The fan is not that powerful and you can’t really direct it. So far I am quite satisfied with the treadmill and would probably purchase it. I would recommend others to consider this”.

“Having used the treadmill for about 2 months, I am finally writing my review. We purchased this back in September 2010 and used it about 4 days a week. It was not too hard to set up but I did need help in getting it out of the shipping package. As most other reviews will tell you, it is very heavy! Make sure you tell the delivery guys to place it where you want it to be. I am 46 year old female weighing 120lbs and I do 4 mile each run. Compared to my previous treadmill, it’s gives out less noise. Now I don’t have to wear my headphones just to avoid the dreaded treadmill noise.

Other buyers have mentioned the fan, it’s not great.Having said that not many treadmills in this price range have an outstanding fan. I purchased a large fan that I have set up for warmer days. It’s the best way to cool off when running on the treadmill.

The controls take some getting used to. With regular use, you should be ok. The cup holders are for bottled drinks with lids. Your bottled drink sits horizontally, but it works. so far I have never had the bottle fall off. You need to lubricate the belt area and the guide tells you how often you need to do this.

The Bowflex series 7 treadmill folds up easily. For a heavy machine that’s a relief. My husband who weighs 180lbs has no problems exercising on the treadmill and all in all it’s a solid machine that definitely does the job. I would’t give it 5 stars but definitely a 4″. 

“When researching on line I found the Bowflex treadmill to be one of the best for the home. I was hesitant spending $1200 or so on a treadmill but I did not want to compromise on quality and functionality. Once ordered, the treadmill arrived in 4 days. It was heavy for sure and I am someone that is used to lifting weights in the gym! You will definitely need some help getting it placed where you want it. My advice is to designate an area where you want to keep the treadmill, so that you avoid moving it unnecessarily. It took me about an hour to assemble and start exercising. The treadmill comes partly assembled and it’s pretty straight get the rest of the parts fixed.

The Bowflex series 7 treadmill is definitely of high quality. I would rate it just below gym quality, and you know how much those treadmills cost! Having said that I know this treadmill would not last in gyms, as those machines are regularly pounded for an average 8 hours a day.

My weight is 230lbs and the machine takes my weight, no problems.Not just for walking, but fast jogging. The fan doesn’t do much when you walk, but it does help slightly when you increase the speed. I will not give this a five star due to price as I would have preferred seeing the price at around $975. However, I didn’t see a treadmill that was less priced and would work as well as the bowflex”.
